We hope this finds you and your loved ones well during these difficult times. This COVID-19 pandemic continues to ravage our community. The number of cases wax and wane. As we are beginning the Fall season, there is concern about the coincidence of influenza and COVID-19 infections. It is important to my staff and me to be there for our patients while keeping everyone’s safety in mind. Therefore, through the use of Telemedicine office visits, we are still able to provide a high level of service to our patients in order to meet their healthcare needs

As always, urgent calls after these hours will be directed to on-call physicians by calling our office phone number, 805-983-0425. In an emergency please call 911. We wish you and your family well and we will continue to keep you informed as changes evolve.

Video Visit

Patients who choose to have a video visit will be asked to provide us with their email address so that an email invitation can be sent between the hours of 8 a.m.- 8:30 a.m. the day of your appointment. The patient will follow the directions on the link and log in 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. We use doxy.me and the invitation will come from our office staff during scheduling

Phone Call Visit

A member of our front office staff will call the patient at their scheduled appointment time and connect them with the appointed medical provider for their Telemedicine office visit.

Diabetes & Education Services

For diabetes education and nutrition appointments, the patient will be contacted by office staff or Jody Daily, RD, CDE. Telephone and video visits will both be available as requested.
